To the PvM guild,

I made the unfortunate mistake of telling people on another shard (Great Lakes) that we had a really good PvP guild on Baja. I said they have been accused of using cheat programs (which, as long as it isn't true, I see as a complement by people who aren't as good PvPers and just can't accept it). So a group of 5 of my friends transferd over yesterday and went to the Dragon event in Britain fel. They are going back to GL and are laughing at PvM.

They said you guys are good at PvP (very organized and good spell/other combos). But you guys were rez killing? Casting poison fields by healers? Killing people walking back to their bodies just brought back to life? That's your reputation now. Killing people who are just rezzed so they can't fight you and preventing people from getting rezzed so they can't fight you.

we were portraying the bad guys in this event. If you dont like it and are going to cry over dying.. why come to fel?


and we didnt cast psn fields by healers, we only rkd opposing factions at healers, someone ressing in the middle of the battlefield, and oxygen when he self ressed by his body >.<

I attended this event ... it was Baja against PvM (Shadowlord faction), and I was on the Baja team. Quite frankly I would have done the same things they were doing for survival. It doesn't take a math major to determine just how outnumbered they were.

In addition to being outnumbered, they were often in stat loss. (Stat loss = If in factions, 1/3 reduction of ALL skills for 20 minutes following a death. ie: 120 skill = in stat 80, GM skill = in stat 66.6, etc)

You actually expect people to believe that these people that came over from GL, don't believe in rez killing their opponents in a fight, blocking their means to get rezzed, things like that, and are part of any PvP scene at all? I find that absolutely impossible to believe. I may have been born during the day, but it wasn't yesterday.

(did I just defend PvM? Get the anti-aircraft guns out, we're hunting flying bacon)

Let me try to sum up what I was saying...

I think we have the best shard and as such tell people all we have to offer. Rez killing is rampant on GL and doesn't seem to happen here (go Baja!!!) nearly as much. I have commented this many times because I think it's a great aspect we have concerning PvP. Can you see why I was disappointed when some people come over to see our PvP and then see rampant rez killing and poisoning near NPC healers and such.

As Sara (the voice of reason and sanity) points out this event was pretty much Baja vs. SL and it's understandable why PvM did what they did to make sure people didn't get rezzed.

Last, but not least, enough with the whole, "If you don't like some aspect of fel stay out". It's getting really old. If you go to fel you're fair game as you should be. However, there are some things like putting up energy fields so someone's ghost can't leave that are just bad form. It's like attacking other people's kills in Tram...is it legal and done by some...yes. But is it the best face to put forward? No.

yes you missed the SL +crimson dragons versus the good or as Larr was saying "trammelites" + platinum dragons


and btw, idk who it was, but i surely know that i didnt put up ANY fields except for the ones in front of TB base... trying to capture splinter or oxygen :>
