Doom n00b

Ok so I have never been to Doom (Took some years off then it never really interested me) well today I decided to venture down and I walked into Guardian room

POW! Dead...Now here is my N00b question, HOW DO I REZ AND/OR GET OUT OF DOOM!

I cant walk up the entrance I came in and there are no other players around or wandering healers...what do I do?!

Can one imagine that some templates all geared up and with +skill items solo it ?

The whole of Doom from start to finish done by 1 template...

I've soloed doom gauntlet on a plain 'ol sampire before. Really wasn't worth the time.

Much rather go with a group, personally, so I can concentrate on damage output rather than survival.
