How does one make a macro to heat seek on someone? I've been considering doing the alchemy thing since imbuing will make 50EP rings a bit more attractive and 50pt GH pots are nice.

Can you still heat seek someone with a fireball?
I remember about 5 years back you could cast a fireball at someone and they would run while the fireball chased them around everywhere, even around corners lol

Still can do that, but I am talking alchy pots.

Yes...I do understand there is a UOA macro to throw delayed pots...but it only works if you have a super steady ping. (varying no more than +-5 ping else you will blow yourself up)

With 50EP and GM alchemy the cap is 80%.
The op is talking about the type of pot tosser who can chuck a pot that will not only hit 95% of the time but also will follow you around corners, up stairs, as well as across server lines.

Just use UOA. I used to do it. I think the delay I used was 3750, but TBH I can't remember.
Also, Throwing explosion pots really only works on dexxer type templates, at least from my experience. In the macro you set it to last target.....so if you cast a spell while the macro is playing out....boom. lol
Where as archers/dexxers just toggle specials while the macro plays. Basically, it makes for a 0 skill template (much like 95% of templates in UO anymore), but is fun to play. You will hear a lot of "Nice explosion hack/script noob. Duel me 100mil pure mage!"
UOA does not work in the same manner, it is completely reliant on your ping. I have the macro set up in UOA...but am still unable to hit with any accuracy as *some* people due to fluctuating ping.

I am not able to test, but it should work by adding pot to macro, delay, then cursor target current or last target. Should be easy to do.
I guess you just do not understand that with UOA the timer you set is not a variable but a constant, whereas your connection is not.
