Simple, go to fel with all of your items uninsured. Having a full pack of rares and arties is also favorable when searching for shadowlords. Then, you will most defineately get your chance to die, errrr pwn.

I just hope its not a 30 min event and then its over it should last a few days at least to give people a chance to participate! but more than likely on the last day before expansion the shadowlords will all die there will be a major earth quake and the next morning we will have a new land mass with a valcano... very original if you ask me

Love the fiction... does this (will this inadvertently even) apply to more than just the Legend shard? I'm in Napa but would love to see a story applied for us...
It doesn't apply to anything outside my own imagination.
( it's based on ingame events, the official fiction and my own experiences playing - writing snippits of story seen through the eyes of my characters is just how I do my roleplaying

i know they are all rushed to finalize the expansion but they should have the event arc finalized before goin on the SA age. I just hope it isnt a EM event due to the lack of communication sonoma's em seems to have. I was able to make summer fest but didnt know anything about it till i saw runes to it on the day of event. wanna see a final story for the fiction end and a final battle in game pweeze

I would imagine there will be something soon as the expansion is next week. Maybe this weekend? If so I hope there's some warning.
would love to see a labor day weekend finale. would actually have time to participate
They only have 2 choices.
Either they end it Labor Day weekend (this weekend), or it somehow coincides with the SA introduction. Which could have...unpredictable results is the best way I can think of to put it.
It seems like delaying the SA introduction is off the table.

Well they could get away with anything they wish; this is their property as much as we try to lay claim to it.
In terms of preserving credibility? No, they couldn't get away with it. People would whine that the expansion had actually been delayed without them admitting it. (And they'd be right.)
Either the end happens this coming weekend, or they cram them both together in some kind of weird, unholy train wreck of events.
Now....It isn't necessarily a bad thing if that happens. But I consider it unlikely. They'll want to give us the opportunity to concentrate on one thing at a time. (I think.)
