EM's can we get a fair grounds too?

Several other shards have Fair grounds located between luna wall and bagball arena.
I love our race track.....but....

Couldn't we get fairgrounds too?
I know several peeps submitted Brit bank redo's so I know we would have a grand time making a fairground.

EM Tashik mentioned some time ago that a design had been submitted so, along with the bank redecorating, I guess we're just waiting for free time with a developer... they've had their hands full lately
