Its a 100 mbps interface on a router at a DC datacenter managed by Equinix.
It may be managed by the ISP, not ea.
Regardless, these issues are usually not simply a broken interface but topology driven and again, it may be out of EA's control, though they should pancake about it to their ISP at that datacenter.
