Think what you like but I have many satisfied customers under my belt, I wrote that to TRY and prevent people form bidding like 50k on 20 tactics and such like they always seem to do. If you think I seem difficult then don't buy anything, go search another thread.

He is saying that if your bid is not sufficient, it has the chance of being accepted. Never make sufficient bids and the item can be yours.

And FYI I was explaining the cause of the confusion, something noone else has bothered to do.. even non-scum such as yourself.
