Was it ever considered to build in a 'Raid' feature?

I know, there's no content for this right now. But meanwhile it became a popular, common and fun feature for modern MMORGs and I think it would be fun in UO too.

In fact unlimited groups can work together. Even better they can do it for pvp and pvm!

No. I never joined factions hence the dumb question. What I actually meant was raiding at instances like Peerless. This is not working with more than one group at a time, am I right?

You can work in groups using the party feature. You can work in groups using guilds. You can work in groups using factions.

Maybe you are asking if there can be more than one instance of a peerless going on at a time in a shard.

I never played WoW, so I dont know what a raid is.

Pretty much was Dermott said, although I only know the Lotro version.

These are special instances where i.e. 4 groups of each 6 players work together to fight through a large elite-monster crowed area to reach a boss with almost insta-kill abilities. Whether the loot is worth or not it is another question.

When I asked I was thinking about going to Dreadhorn for example with more than one group to fight together, all at once. 30 vs. Dreadhorn, something like this. Not because it's too hard, just for having fun.

Dreadhorn yes, how about 30 on Stygian Dragon and Medusa?

With Peerless you usually get 3+ entrance keys to the Boss itself - this means you can make parties of 10 people each and use one entrance key per party. Tada! Your raid is served

Last I checked, those were soloable, although much harder than the ML peerless.
