Setting skills on Retribution (SA)?

I can't set certain skills on SA. Does anyone know how to do resisting spells, evaluating intelligence, and inscription?

Or better yet, is there a comprehensive guide to doing this?

Doesn't it also tell you what command to use once you log-in to the shard?

It gets confusing when trying to set things like resisting spells when the correct word is "magicresist" and the in-game menu doesn't tell you that.
