Wasn't me, but that's why I avoid faction arties.

Nobody else can use them, and they're tedious to get.

At least if other people could use them, I could just kill them in the field and take it back.

I'm a hero factioner.

With that comment, I was referring to the faction arties bought with silver, that are only usable by the character that bought them. Not general artifacts that can be taken from me and used by others.
