What client are you in?
If you use one of the 2d clients, you can use UOA to make macros and bind them to these keys.
In the new client, I believe that all you have to do is bind a open slot on a hotbar to a num 0-9 or /*-+. ; once you do this you build a macro and then drag the created macro into your bound hotbar.

Oh np, just make sure that when you are done making the macros and setting the hotkeys that you exit out of the client. Do not log out. Exit...this will save any macros you create. (have used this for long time now as a workaround in UOA)

Stuipd that the 2d client wont let you do it though

You can place the macros manually... then make the file read only.

Why is it UO Assit thats at fault?
I think UO is the only game that will not let me have a keyboard layout that I want.
So tell me whay is UO Assist thats at fault, i would love to hear your logic
