I wonder how those codes/tokens are given out. Due to not having a credit card and dont wanting one (UO would be the only reason for me), I usually buy from a trusted retailer. (Never had problems and never heard of problems with them ... except for the time when EA Europe ran out of gtc's and no one was prepared.)

Thats something I have been wondering about too, as I don't have a credit card.

I was thinking of trying to buy SA from www.paybycash.com using the BOKU – Pay by Mobile option, but I don't know if PayByCash will have the SA expansion codes and the promotional items.

I was going to buy a storage increase code using this option, til I saw that PayByCash don't sell the codes .. so maybe they wont have the SA upgrade codes and promotional items either

Any devs like to comment, will PayByCash have the SA codes and promotional items, or will www.uogamecodes.com and the EA store be the only way of buying them?

Hmm, never heard of these before. What places sell them? I've never seen them. I did a quick search for pre-paid credit cards and all I could find are ones I need to apply for online.

If your in London, get on the tube there is an advert on one of the trains

I cant remember where you get them but you do apply online i believbe, it basically works like a top up card/oyster car, you can use it so long as there is money on it.

Also, if you have PayPal, you can get the PayPal plugin which will allow you to generate a secure card number to use on any website that uses credit cards.

Several people on here have done that in order to buy gametime codes.

Does that require a debit card?

I think that is what the problem was, they have no credit/debit card.

These come with the purchase of the expansion.

Odin, we have a cashplus card. It costs us just under £5 a month to have, but you can use it anywhere you can use a mastercard, including UO subs. We applied on line, but you don't need to pay anything on line, set up fee can be paid over the counter at the post office in cash.
It has no link to any bank account, you just load it with cash at the postoffice or several other outlets. We like it because it means we can buy stuff online without giving out our bank details. Can also use it to go shopping in the local supermarket.

I think the Flexiplus might be better for me, as I doubt i'll use it often enough for the monthly plan.
