Dumb n00b question (from a 9 year vet who hasnt played much since item changes)...
If i have a 50% Lower Mana Cost suit that lowers the mana required to cast by 50% so if it takes 10 mana to cast a spell with 0 LMC that would mean with 50% LMC it will only take 5 mana to cast the same spell right?
If so, then if I have 100% LMC will i need 0 Mana to cast all spells?
