If you look close it's probably a Rolix, and has a little "Made in Nigeria" engraving.

Also, they're probably counting each carbon atom as its own diamond.

And what karat are these diamonds? I was looking at the Tiffay & Co. site last night for kicks and saw an 18.5 karat diamond ring for 7.5 million. So those had better be some biiiiig rocks
