On europa, in luna city, you can find alot of this cloth for 20m the 10 cloth near the Alcestis shop.
The Question still remains. Does it sell? lol
I think i have at least 100 of this cloth.

Who really wants to run/ride around looking like a giant bank check? lol I think the prices on this cloth is very outrageous. But heck if someone is willing to pay for it then good luck.
