There are a few ways to set item display. That one is called At Icon, the others are Always Up, Follow Mouse, and the one I use, Single Click.

Already been sold by the previous owner, no clue who the new owner is.

So there might be various items dropping, and those that did find something so far haven't all been in the mood to talk about them, until the event is over...

Why is there an extra space before the 12%? I will give 10M gold on Atl to anyone that can prove to me that they exist.

I highly doubt that they dropped 12% LRC shoes at this or any other event. If these shoes even exist, then they are likely to be from a shady source.
