Can we stop the transfer of runics, ps, gold checks, BoDs and other items. Maybe place a tag on them, like when you go to customize a house you get a saying Not until you unlock some of these items. I think shard trading should be banned 100%. If they want to transfer, let them go naked.

To me, in my opinion, it makes many of the arguements of Tram and Fel and PS seem pretty worthless, considering you could find a shard without any risk at all, and simply transfer ps.

As far as BoDs, what is the rarity of them if you can create 6x number of shards, compared to one person on one shard. It just doesn't seem that it would be fair to transfer the BoD or runic.

Also, rare items seem to be completely destroyed and in affect stolen from shards histories that have earned the relics.

I say stop item transfer. Shard transfer should be for people who wish to change shards, not use them and their people for personal gain.

EA should set up vendors and create a gold sink of every item in the game of every shard so that our money is not recycled back into the player's pockets but pushed towards making this a better game. The reason people cheat is greed, satisfy their hunger and no one will starve.

I don't look at it as how it will personally affect me. I'm more worried about the affect it has on the game as a whole.

I do not think it would change being a merchant at all. It would just level the playing field and fairness of each shard.

There is nothing you can not do on any given shard that you can't do on another. When you transfer items in, you unbalance the true nature of power that is already vested on that shard.

Another example would be: if there was such a thing as a cap placed on gp, say 1 million and someone transfered that 1 million to another shard, I would view it as catastrophic. If a shard is wealthy because of its' people, its' unique people, I might add, then it should have the right to remain the richest shard. Not having someone jump through a mystical gate carrying all of our wealth, but again this is just my opinion.

If you cap the amount of gold you can transfer, all you're going to do is bring more business to people who xshard gold across shards, and increase scamming.

Then you just buy items on the new shard you transferred too and sell the items on the old one and xshard more gold...

What you're proposing doesn't really do much except cause an inconvenience for players who wish to transfer servers. People transfer all the time for various reasons, and it's not always about making gold.

It's not really doing anything in the end, unless everyone transfers to one shard like Atlantic and it drives up prices there and lowers them on the other ones, which seems pointless anyways too.

Nothing with deed artwork should transfer. So have your PBD on something.

There are exceptions to every rule. If there is a serious problem or condition, say lag, harassment, things of this nature, I think it would be acceptable to allow them to transfer.

I do not believe this is why people transfer. I believe that in most cases it is simply to abuse the system.

This could also be solved by only allowing each character one transfer per year and the character would have to meet the requirement of being one year old.

If it is a customer service issue then this process should be free and immediate.

There is a solution to every problem, it's just never so easy to find all of the problems.

each shard has some threat, there is no shard where you can spawn without any chance of being raided, also i dunno why you and so many others on these forums propose these outrageous ideas all the time... the game is almost 12 years old do you think they would change the system that much out of the blue, just enjoy the ride into SA and see what happens
