It seems that EA Japan UO team treats Arcane Circles at WBB on shards in Japan. They mentioned it in "FoF-like Q&As from EA Japan UO team in July".

We cannot help shedding tears on pitiable ACs in Prism dungeon, when we heard that ACs of intensity +1 were located at WBB on shards abroad.

And after we had discussed over it, We decided that, regarding this issue, we don't take the same measures as those of US team, until the quality of ACs in Prism dungeon will be improved.

According to one of designers, they have a plan to look into the qualty of Arcane Circle in Prism of Light in the future update.

Not to mention that it was mentioned that we're getting them anyway -_-, just later, like always. So stop complaining about it people! Just wait and buy em yourself or wait till they get xfered and buy 'em with gold. Not really a biggy.

I don't much care one way or the other. I bought the 7th character slot and extra storage. However, many of my friends do care and you should be more considerate than references to "crocodile tears" of others.
