The New Legends PvP Thread

Connection lost is so bad. He runs up spamming claims about me running(while I'm pulling pots and a box from the bank) then finally attacks when I tell him hes bad. After about 2 minutes of me fizzling from stat loss and him trying like a newbie to dismount me and use a dreadmare to pvp for him he runs away.

Congrats. If you trash talk about running and then run from a guy in a 1v1 when you have a dread and I'm in stat, that means you suck at UO and not just pvp.

As for the duel dodger. Demand a duel and then run away? You have 2 players capable of pvping, the rest are nobody. Don't talk trash when you won't even back up a demand to duel me. Ganking does not mean skill. If you feel I'm not good. Any 2 CoW can beat any 2 L*D in a 2v2 duel. This is fact. Any 2 cow can beat any 2 L*D in a 2v2 field fight. L*D requires numbers to compete and it's a darn shame because given pug's reputation as freaking out on you guys, one might think you'd try to improve.

As for my suit.... Yes it does. It's random parts to go along with the random soul stoned skills and 115 scrolls I found in my house to create a char to farm this shard. Thus far there has been little reason to xfer a better suit over. Gear on legends is annoying to come by and it's really not the kind of shard you xfer a tremendous amount over TO. Legends is what is known amongst most pvpers as a farming shard. It's a farming shard because the competition is minimal and players tend to xfer more FROM the shard than to it.

If you'd like a lesson in high end pvp. You are more than welcome to try your hand on ATL or GL but you'll be smashed in the face as easier as you are here vyal.

Also you still need to understand Vyal my archer is about 70% less then what he used to be before I redid all his skills. He still only has 101 archery and 98 healing.

speaking of Mages... when is legends PVPers gonna grow a pair and stop para ganking? god it's awful here, just watching LD para gank almost everyone they fight, and really 8 vs 1 and u are para ganking! GAWWWWD terrible... lame I mean really anyone can para gank, let alone an 8 vs 1, lol. Who cares they don't have spell resist. I mean just think how fun it is when a dismount tamer comes in and whip their behind with you.. same concept. Learn a legit PVP template that you can really play over all shards. Just sad to see fel wasted away by this lame tactic. And not trying to knock LD here but they seem to be the champs at para ganking.... just stating what is seen, not saying anything about how good anyone is. So no knocks to LD as I'm sure there are tons others, wait..THERE is tons others out there who do the same. Lets up the level of PVP play on this shard and get some good battles going?!?!?!? I mean come on 3-5 guilds all trying to take over a spawn, where is that? best I seen was 3 guilds but heck there was only 10 total people, and some looked just happy to run past a red and stay alive, but whatever floats peoples boats these days. GL to all the fel real fighters out there... may we duel for hours some day!

Ugh, yet another person complaining about para ganks. The answer is easy, get resisting spells. LD is GOD awful(or at least was when I last played Legends), if you're dying to them...well blah!

Fighting tamers can be a pain in the ass to fight, but it's doable. If it's a dexxer tamer you know they have 0 resist...so mana vamp the tamer, and paralyze their pet. That makes them an easy kill....at that point they will prolly mount up and run away. A good tamer mage is hard to fight though.

From the sounds of it you're not a team player. Maybe a solo pvper? I'm just assuming, because IMO those who play templates with 0 resist are a burden on their guild. Once they die, they have no trap box, have to leave the fight, and just become a waist of a rez.

lol i hear you about para ganking and tamers here on legends. It also agravates me as a normaly solo pvper that hardly anyone here will stand and deliver 1v1. Most just run till you get tired of chasing or to buy time till there 4 guildies show up.

Ld is so bad about paraganking they even try to spam char on my 120 resist spells char lol. Even if you do have resists all pug does is spam omen para usaly countered by a magic arrow apon myself.

I have just came back and havn't got back into the pvp scene yet as I am having to rebuild some suits... but...

As far as paraganking goes... stop whining.. really their are LOTS of things that need to be fixed and is just a little too OP.. like gdragons for instance.. and omen totally negating a entire skill... but the truth is that the devs could really care less about the minority of the game and what we REALLY want and need. We are never going to get the attention we deserve and as such greater dragons and evil omen and every other show stopping, over powered gimp tactic will be around for 1000x longer than it should be.

The reason you all should stop whining is if its not going to change and its here to stay you have to find a way to deal.. as skillless and gimp as it might be.. if you dont have a answer for it then it is a viable means of killing...

Dont get me wrong.. I'm not saying its not cheap and skillless.... but its a part of the game and if you carry the tools on you to counter it then they cant kill you with that tactic. People use what works...

Sadly this is the only character I have on shard now, and it is a tamer b/c we only brought 2 people to play, so we decided which tempalte would be best, this lousy ass shard isnt worth bring much more I dont think, no one can pvp here, buncha house hiders who wont leave and just send super dragons out. And yes Let 2 guys open field fight 7 guys with 2 super dragons and a couple stealthers....what a ****ing joke haha. Thats why you guys are zergs, zergs have no skill, no tactics, just #s, try to overload people with pure #s to win a fight. However skilled players use the field to their advantage, choke points make #s for the most part a non-factor, so 2 guys bring 10 idiots to a choke point, and 2 guys walk away with all ur punkte and pots.

U seem to be unable to grasp this concept, probably from too many years of zerging. But hey, to each his own

richwarf hands down the most terrible of the bunch. With that English accent of his in vent we would laugh when he would get all excited after being dropped by someone. I spit out my cheerios when he said he got dropped by Claw one day!

Still dont work out for them that well when I fight 2v1 merciless, drag and maximillious or whatever his name is. I didnt use curse, nor poison, nor para... so what would it matter if he had no resist? All in a 50-60 resist suit. Go back to tram u two!!

Disco stew aka bane mccreed welches on bets me makes for mage duels.

If this guy challenges you to a 2 out of 3 pure mage duel for gold, get a broker because he won't pay otherwise.

He repeatedly threw down necro spells in a duel and 3 times used macros to have his horse attack to interupt kill spells.

UHHH you had your tamer before ed ever brought Noah over to Legends....You were one of the first PvP/Tamers (gah pvp and tamer in same sentence still makes me gag) on Legends. Then I made mine and ed brought Noah over and turned him into a pvp tamer....nice try though homeslice....and your STILL USING PIXIES? Dude wtf man, seriously it didnt work THREE years ago, it probably still dosnt work...Terrible, just terrible.

I tell ya it got confusing between Allen and Ed on characters. Yet, the way we figured it out was, when you killed them if they cried like a girl, it was Allen. If, the ghost just "loled", or ran away it was Ed.
