I was told from the EM of my shard that the cloaks will be given out during an EM event.
Trust me when they are ready to give out the cloaks as I was told by the EM's .... You will be informed likely from UO.com..... straight from the mythic site.
That said..... I still believe they should seriously get smart and do like the Japanese shards do and have you go somewhere click the statue and get your own stupid robe....... without putting the poor EM through all this BS..... they should just use the same system they do in Japan and give out the silly robe already..... One per person.... Per account or whatever you like.... but just let us go get the robe ourselves... without creating a cluster ****.... like you know it's going to.

Yes, there's a meeting with EM Nestor tomorrow. No word on whether he'll be handing out cloaks of silence.

This is only on Atlantic. It seems one of our two prior EM's has retired and Nestor is to be introduced as the replacement. Since this is an Atlantic only event, I feel quite sure this is not when the cloaks of silence will be given out.
What EM left? I'm suprized I havn't seen there clothing shoot up in price.

Not sure yet... but considering we have a full roster with Kanmare and Vytacca - and now they are introducing a new EM, it seems the answer. I assume we will find out all the details tonight.

Donot ask for cloaks, as far as I know ATL EMs, or any EMs, do not have the go ahead. Vytacca has indeed left our fold.
We were there. He did sign a few books and cards, but he left us standing there waiting for him to come back, and didn't. It was really strange.
