House placement code broken

My tool said i still had 39 hours while i outlined and placed my new plot.

I had another house going idoc so i demolished it and was able to replace even under the timer.

Home is customized now but i will wait until server up to make sure it doesn't poof on me.

It has been like that for a while now if not forever. If you don't own a house it will let you place unless you had placed within the last hour i think. If you had placed and demolished within an hour then you have to wait out that hour.
