Mythic has made the expansion available free. So if you've been avoiding the upgrade, you can now do it at no cost. In fact, you don't even have to do anything. EVERYONE now has access, just log in.

Oh great. Just a couple of months after I pay out $$ to upgrade my friend's account that I'm caretaking :/

I just hope this fixes the bug I had on not being able to get new hair on a legacy non ML/Samurai account character.

I never read Uhell, it's unbearable. Apart from maybe a couple of times where I've followed a link to a post via a thread in other forums. And with years of experience of dealing with EA customer services, as pee'd off as I am at having paid out unecessarily I'd rather not put myself through the head + wall banging, teeth grinding Hades of trying to sort something out with them.

And yes it did fix the hair-don't thing. Which is a minor relief as it was driving me demented thinking why it wouldn't co operate. That is just one of the silliest bugs ever. Why should having an account who's last upgrade was AoS mean you cannot change a character's hairstyle ? Grrrr.

I just logged into my account and went to my account info it does not show i'm ML activated.

BUT i can change my hair so i'm happy.

i also have all skills available. can't enter the elven territory, but i guess that's cause i am human...

hmm well i tried going through the teleporter in mushroomcave (near spirituality in ilsh). when i stepped on the sparkles it said somethind like "nothing happens"

You need to do a particular quest to get in there. Can't remember which.

I'm gettin confused now. Are we talking about a dungeon or Heartwood ?

I was talking about Heartwood. Max is talking about a dungeon- the one with the swoops and cu's (I think?)

Right, Patty is correct, there is a quest to get into that area.

Anyone should now be able to enter the heartwood gate in the center of Yew

ah, ok...see...that's what happens when you never upgrade your accounts and participate in new content. i thought that mushroomcave was the entrence to heartwood. thanks for clearing that up

yeah that has cleared that up as I could get into Heartwood just fine. I have never " farmed a swoop " in my life and am only really familiar with The Painted Caves as per ML dungeons - tried the others at some point but not to my taste. Heh !
