High end SE Items?

Heya,

I'm looking for some specific SE weapons (Bokuto and No-Dachi to be exact), and after burning few runic kits I decided I could go for some PvM too to try my luck with my tamer. Might drop something nice for imbuing too.

Problem is, what should I kill? Hiruys seem to spawn pretty few so takes most of the time to just look for them.

I would like to find something really high end (high end loot too) monster that is spawning fast enough so I don't waste most of my time for waiting.

I know it's sounds powergaming, and I quess it pretty much is kinda, but I'm so busy with work atm that I don't have too much free time so I have to be effective

Succubi in the dojo would be your best bet. On the second level there's a room with just 1 Succubus and 1 Ronin spawning in it. Lure the Ronin out so you just have the Succubus in there and go to town. Respawn rate is pretty fast in there too.

i prefer oni, theres a location thru cave out on a coastal area where 1 spawns, nearby bake'sn ad rev lions also spawn.

but the oni drop good gold 1300-1800... and i v'e gotten nice jewelry and the occassional decent weapon

Rune Beetles drop decent cash an good SE items depending on luck an RNG.

Tons of em to so you never have to stop killin.

Succubi in the dojo would be your best bet. On the second level there's a room with just 1 Succubus and 1 Ronin spawning in it. Lure the Ronin out so you just have the Succubus in there and go to town. Respawn rate is pretty fast in there too.

That is correct! I have never got the weapons the Op is asking for on these.

Hiryu or Lesser Hiryu die in about 3 - 5 hits with the right weapons. The T-Wolves are nice and easy, too! Buff up your luck for great mods before hand.

Daemons, Balrons and succubus in the dojo don't drop SE items unfortunately.

Most of the higher level SE mobs are pretty hardy, including ronins, ninjas and fan dancers.

Since it takes just as long to kill, might as well go for the toughest ones Best bet for a tamer is oni. Yamadon if warrior, they are vulnerable to a snake slayer (edit, I mean Yamadons are vulnerable to snake slayers, not Oni's. Use daemon slayers for Oni's).

I have gotten the best SE loot including a beautiful pvp bokuto by loading up on luck and killing rune beetles. For some reason I do better with them than with onis and yamandon.

That's right. I guess it's been a while since I actually looted any of the ones I've killed.
