when did they change reward rules for Shadow Lord Manifestations?
Sounds to me like you were shooting/attacking a guildies dragons =)
If you did that much damage and didn't get anything there is little reason other than you were attacking the wrong target.
If there were a lot of people around. 1/15th the damage of the highest damage dealer is the target.

lol sounds funny but ive seen this exact thing happen to a guildy!, the whole time we were fighting a SL he was attacking me!!, i had 2 other guildys x healing me so it wasnt a bother! we kept yelling for him to change targets with no luck!...after the SL died he was totally confused why he didnt get at least a ToT drop......if you did that kinda dmg and didnt even get a TOT drop?...then yup! you were attacking something else
That thing has got 30,000 hit points btw.
Maybe that's the problem. I've hit it a lot a bunch of times, and not gotten anything, and hit it a bunch of times and gotten everything he has.
I find that if I don't start plinking him with my bow before he gets to 1/2 health, I don't get a drop or looting rights. This usually happens when I have trouble targeting him. Changing his location to semi-random has made it easier to get in the early damage to guarantee a drop, with there being a 5-10 second delay while everyone converges on his location.
It happens, im on a mage doing EQ's so know im hitting SL. Average EQ is 35 (low seems 30 and hav hit 60 - assume disco?) can usually get atleast 5 EQ's off which would be around 200 damage and while I usually get an arti think there has been 5x when I have not.
FYI this is why I do not complain when everyone on the shard comes to hit the shadowlord. With that many people hitting it, you only have to do negligible damage to get loot rights. Had a guildmate the other night run up to the shadow, hit him once for 30 points, and got a drop...

It should be harder to get drops anyway.
As far as I can tell 682,000 tok arties have dropped.
392,000 cloaks between this event and last event.
Im sure what ever dropped you didnt get you can buy or trade for later.
