While preparing the shards for the next publish we encountered an error that caused a revert to the Origin shard. The revert is approximately 5 hours. The engineers were able to quickly identify and resolve this issue and prevented it from happening to other shards. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

I still wanna know what happened =/ I lost 2 heartwood kits and a yew kit due to the revert, plus when it reverted I didnt get back any of the wood I had used in that time period.

Which is why I don't play on Origin.

You are basically a test shard. Expect reverts, bugs, crashes, wipes even maybe...

A revert can happen on any shard, as can the rest of the stuff. This is the first for me and I've played Origin for almost 2yrs.

I believe there is a higher risk for such things on Origin vs. the other shards but I'm sorry for your setback nonetheless.

it's been a damn long time overall - for any shard. I recall days when there were reverts across ALL shards. I think either Chessie or Cats holds the record for most reverts in any one week.

Oh, and these were full day or more reverts. Five hours is nothing.

Look again. A revert is just that. They revert the shard to the save from before the issue occured. Everything in your bank, house and on your person including what you were doing at the time goes back to the way it was at the last save. You can only loose something you gained after that save not stuff you used after the save.

Reverts do suck though when you aquire something cool only to loose it.
