Executioner's Axe for bushido war

is it a good weapon for pvp or just another pice of junk?
is it a waste to spend runic hammer charges on it?

Thats the one with Bleed/Mortal? I think its a good weapon. Wouldn't use it as a primary, you'll be swinging at 1.5 if you have between 150-179 stamina and 15+ SSI.

(you can also swing at 1.5 if you have 120-149 stam and 30 ssi on the wep)

ive checked here http://uo.stratics.com/content/arms-armor/arms.php
it says that i can have 1.25 with 140 stamina plus 30 ssi
im gonna give it a chance and try

Stratics calculator is incorrect, to get 1.25 you need to have 180+ stamina.
