How do we work the new cloaks?

I have cloak of corruption and threads, what do I do to make the cloak?

Sorry if it's posted somewhere easy, I looked but didn't see anything.

You need to take the cloak and 10 threads to the seers located at:

The Lycaeum (moonglow) just out front.(Cloak of Power - thought threads)
Empath Abbey just outside the main door. (Cloak of Life - life threads)
Serpents Hold, sth from the bank a little. (Cloak of Death - fate threads)

Depends on what cloak you want.

I think it is an EM cloak for special events. Check out the FOF from two or three weeks ago.
