but really I havn't seen anyhting like that in game looks like some stupid prank to get Gold...But i could be wrong (Useally am...)hehehe

It's from the Prism of Light (Shimmering) and spawns on Crystalline Sea Serpents. You turn it in as a quest item to one of the people in the healer's area there. You get a craftman's satchel. They spawn pretty often so 1 mil is out of whack. It should be like 100gp, cause that is what the quest reward is worth.
