Why do you think Draconi didn't do it? He said he would, so its safe to think it was him, if not then he at least is the one who set it up.

I watched "mesanna" (or a name similar to this) adding the Chessy circle at Brit Bank. Spoke briefly to them as they had to run, probably to other shards. Dressed in black robe with gold trim. At first I thought this might be some sort of pre invasion thing going on. Probably not, but then again, this morning I read Draconi's latest event posting on stratics....

yes 5 of us used it last night and got a 6
So if 5 people that have not completed the quest to enable Spellweaving are in the circle and a 0 skill spealweaver cast arcane circle does that person get a level 6 focus item?

Ya know I have to say that I am impressed with how fast you guys reacted and placed the Arcane Circles.
With that said, and I know your really really busy, but would it have been too hard to place it at the West Brit Bank in Fel so that EVERYONE who plays UO can take advantage of your good will?
Or is this just confirmation that Fell and its community mean nothing to EA?
Is my request too obvious?
Am I just selfish to ask for one in Fel so that reds can enjoy as well?
I cant believe that you wouldn't have already thought of this and placed one in Fel and Tram.

Wow I have to say Thank you so much!!! Now that's what am talking about. Real improvements to make the game more fun and less hassle. Spellweaving really needed this.

Yes. as long as all players have with in 20 points of skill of the caster. for example you could have 1 human (JoaT gives you 20) 2 elfs with 0 skill points and 2 people who have trained it to 40, as long as the human casts it everyone will get a focus. Relatively you could have 5 0 skill people, of course one of them would have had to take the quest, and I don't see how it would be beneficial to do this (unless you were planing to soulstone 120 onto your char after?)
I think the generalization is that one or more kind souls may park up to 5 characters in the arcane circle and allow spellweavers to come and cast arcane circle. What I have read of this technique is yes, those seeking the focus will need to soul stone off then on spellweaving.Cloak‡1284205 said:

Not by choice, but because of circumstance, the circumstance being not able to get a group of spellweavers together. I was thinking the same thing, I just seen this post and ran to fel brit to see if there was one there, there is not, should be in both tram and fel...

Are we referring to power scrolls? Honestly? The point was to drive more people to fel. With that being said they should have put that circle in fel only, also driving more people to fel. Honestly tram needs more attention because the majority of people don't play there, every new char starts in fel, and no one will ever use any of those blue dots on the moongates so they always stay in fel. See how I can use your logic?

who/what/where is the point to drive people to fel? If that's the case, the developers know what they have to do... eliminate cheating/hacking and make pvp actually consentual.

If you are not talking about the Arcane circle again, That would happen in fel the same way. and Publish 16 was a drive to bring people to fel, and together in general. In case you are not familiar with this, it is the publish where powerscrolls are released along with a slew new Fel rules. Also my post had nothing really to do with the arcane circle, so w/e Draconi said is a mute point, I commented on your "fel has something tram does not" sarcasm.
Come to think of it, if the arcane circles were only in Fel, I'd definitely take trips there just for that.

I know I know, you want there to be no consequences for being red, and working off red counts to take 2.2 minutes, and a free pass to remove counts, and a quest, when done will provide you with +2BILLION Murder counts so you have some in reserve after you finish killing that l33t miner.
