They came from the same place all other sigil crap came from. Except I think it was a different method this time considering most sigil items were old school and the sigil shrouds are the "Hooded Shrouds of Umbra" which I believe came out after the old sigil methods were fixed. However, they may have came out right towards the end of the method which would of made a couple of them rare and then someone probably duped the few that existed which is why so many of them exist nowadays. Personally, I think they look stupid and are a serious waste of time and money for any serious player.

There is a shop in luna (atlantic) with all vendors with this sigil shroud...i think
GM'd remove them from game!

I really never understand why devs allow these items to say ingame!

They were made legal then that made all the dupers mad!so they found other things to dupe

These are Hooded Shrouds of Umbra. Supposedly, the owner's guild looted them in an IDOC.
