You can't change the transparency of mounts. Ethereal steeds are veteran rewards.

I think your asking about swampies that are no longer green but ghost grey. It has to do with it being morphed into rat form while doing a fel Baracoon and ridden cross servers or dieing in form that takes away the green. It has to do with mechanics of the game not intended and we all know how that goes once they get a wild hair about things like that. The frenzy when in rat form can be mounted and appear as a normal tan horse till you dismount. Imagine the tears if a dread warhorse mounted in rat form looked like a normal horse and stayed that way. And while I'm on it and the coming of the flying gargoyle..............will we see the pegasus mount for the 12 year vets now?

I want a ethy Reptalon and Hiryu first...

hum and while there at it maybe a forest ossy and frenzied ossy too...

beyond that i wouldn't mind a giant toad... but they could make Reptalon and Hiryus fly easy enough

The ethereal ostard looks like a desert ostard in statuette form but turns into a forest ostard when mounted. Desert or frenzied ostards would look great in ethereal form.

Actually thats not accurate on how to turn your swampy white.

To do it, must be barded. Then as above you have him attack barracoon until he turns into rat. Then you mount and leave. After the timer if you dismount his armour will appear broken(pretty GD cool looking but breaks after taking any damage), once the armour is removed/broken the swampy will be white. Acts just like a normal swampy can be barded as normal just has a different hue.

Nice! Gonna see if I can find Baracoon...

When you say white, do you mean as if it's a ghost?

Will barding with say a shadow iron deed now change it to the normal shadow iron barded color? Or will it be a shade lighter?

If I remove the barding now, will the naked swampy go back to white?

Disguising the dread mare is also deliciously evil...

His original swampy armour will go a swampy drity green, looking broken(so use iron)

They go white/grey ish not quite white not quite ghost hehe.

Once they are white the next barding will be exactly the same as all other bardings. until it breaks.
