Problem with Character Logging in

So first off I got a high end computer. So RAM and what not isn't an issue.

When I try logging on 2D client on just one of my characters, the window immediately minimizes and I can't get it to pop up.

The rest of the characters work fine.

I loaded up KR and logged in fine on this character. I moved him to a different place, and tried logging back on 2D.

Same thing.

What can I do to make me be able to play this character?

I had the same thing happen just last week. Log in on 2D, and hit alt/enter....

You need more RAM.

Do you alternate between displays? Like, do you have a second monitor or projector you sometimes plug in? If so, right-click on the desktop and go to adapter settings and make sure that you're set up for single-desktop display. What you are describing can happen as a result of the client window being sent to a second desktop.

Hmm ... sounds like your 2d client might have gotten a corrupted macro/setting. Try moving aside the profile for that character?

oh your start bar at the bottom, rightclick the client and choose maximize

Perhaps try deleting the desktop file for that character. Perhaps the one you have wants to use display settings that your computer doesn't support.

Tried this. Did not work.

Eight gigs of ram.

I had the same thing happen just last week. Log in on 2D, and hit alt/enter....

Thank you that did the trick. Made it full screen but hit it again to send it back to regular window. Do you have any idea what causes this? Will this continually happen on this character?

Happens when you minimize the client into your toolbar to say browse the interweb or something and you loose connection be it their side or your side (right clicking close to close the client while minimized can do it to you also).

as long as you log out like normal and dont close the client while minimized the character screen should be fine.
