I don't have one, but with my other statues I have to turn them on before locking them down... is your locked down?

Co-owned house, maybe?
You need to use the same account the house is attached to to turn the statue on.

Shouldn't be account bound. Try unlocking it, putting it in your backpack and turning it on, then locking down.

Seriously, which shard are you on? Maybe helping in person might be easier.

1) Log in with the real owner of the house (the char from the account that owns the house).
2) Put statue in your backpack.
3) Double click

If it doesn't work

4) Lock the statue down
5) Double click

If it still doesn't work, sorry can't help you there.
