No spawn on Serps (Napa)

I guess they got tired of the complaints and are working on it. Did anyone else get the sect badge off of the elves there?
I got 2 red ones and one green. Not all of them have it on them. It seems to spawn random.
I also noticed they took the Berzerkas out of Nujehlm...

I got a few of the badges while in SH [Sonoma], in NJ I made very sure to stay away from the berserkers, as someone last night had a bonded super go unbonded during a battle with one. So when I saw one I would run from it spamming all stop, all follow me.
