Was Re-doing a template.
Buying skills at New Haven.
By the time I realised I had the WRONG arrow turned down my (once) GM Bowcraft was already at 28.7.

I wish there was a "Load" button for this game.
Oh well.
Guess there's finally a reason for me to start doing those bow quests at Heartwood.

Ouch!! Not too long ago my lockpick and animal lore (more animal lore, thank god) took a hit when I forgot to transfer carto onto a soulstone before trying to add lockpick. Losing skills sucks!

BTW I heard KR works great for the heartwood quests if you haven't tried it (I haven't, been too busy to do those quests yet). Good luck on gains!

Long ago there were no arrows or locks and there was learn by association so if you could manage to gm something it tended to be fleeting because sooner or later someone would gain a skill near you or light a campfire near you and you would gain in some skill and lose the gm.

Losing skills do suck! It's really my fault though. Oh well. At least I can use this as an excuse to finally complete my recipe collection.

KR is indeed very good for the heartwood quests. Give it a try! You'll love it.
Wonder how many Heartwood Runics I might get during the next 2 weeks. I mean, they're easy to get, right? If not I wonder why so many vendors have multiple of them for sale. *wink wink*

I finished training bowcraft from 30 to GM fairly recently. Got 3 oaks 2 ash and a heartwood right at the end. Now I just have to finish armslore so I can use them!
