Well, one of my favorite items is my Hat of the Magi.
Probably not what you were asking, but it was given to me as a token of appreciation for rezzing pets. Happened to really be a day I could use a little sunshine too.

Given to me by a friend, it's perfect in every way for me. I've been offered 200m for it and refused to sell, and probably never will. If I ever quit for any reason, it will be given to one of my friends so they can enjoy it as much as I do now.

As far as items that mean the most to me, A set of AOS Roses and a pair of blessed black sandals from the friend who got me playing UO back in 2000. The roses were left to me when she quit a few years ago, and the sandals were a birthday gift from her in 2001.
