join a faction get some awsome gear

dont know if any one else has seen the faction arties but wow i just got storm grips with 10 hci cant pass that up fey leggings with way better resists and a rbc with better resist and i did not have to kill any 1 well got into a fight when silver farming in despise but its worth it at least i think,
1 draw back is you have to leave your current guild when you join a faction, but for my samp who is solo any ways and if you do get some kill points level 4 arties are awsome. wish i knew how to do the link to the page with all the factin gear but take a look you guys might like it.

Ive just taken my Solois out of factions and his suit is even better...there was no real need for the 10HCI on the stormgrips, im aat 150dex with the +% from crimmy, 100%DI without the mace and shields.

I had no need...so i left, those arties are meant for faction fights...not soloing dreadhorn. I have 2chars still in factions who fights and defend sigs.

They...as they are faction items, where meant for FACTIONS. Not trammies who want easy arties. They were meant to promote FACTIONS, not trammies who open multiple accounts and farm points for arties, making the FACTIONERS suffer by raising the point marker.

what does it take to get those....join a faction {go to fel} just left tram kill faction monsters only in fell hmmm and if you want the really good stuff steal a sigil or kill other faction people . but if your upset with that,petition to make the lowest stuff you can get rank 2 .

What I don't get is why people say "Trammies" are the ones who are getting the artifacts and not participating in Factions.

On LS at least, this is very, very far from reality. What's going on for real is the Fellies are getting the artifacts, barely participating in Factions, and using the enhanced gear for (mostly) non-Faction PvP and for bragging at the banks. Some guilds do seem to be somewhat interested in Factions, but mostly they seem to be using it as a means to get better PvP suits. By definition, then, they aren't "Trammies" unless you're using that term as kind of a generic insult. In which case, as a primarily Trammel player, I would ask you to find some other term.

I'm not really sure there's much wrong with that in terms of the intended design. Obviously people using multiple accounts to basically fake points is NOT consistent with the design so far as I know.

But on LS at least, the people doing this aren't "Trammies." You don't, on LS at least, see any of the larger Trammel guilds joining Factions for the items.

So why call these folks Trammies? Are experiences on the other shards that different? Do you get the large PvM guilds joining Factions for items? Or do you just need an insult and that's the first one that comes to mind?

faction items are stealable right (if not insured)? so can chars not in factions use them? or can they be bought or stolen with one char and given to another in factions?

Faction items can only be worn by the character in factions that purchases them. If you steal an item, you may keep it, but not wear it.

Unfortunately the mods on these faction items are too powerful to overlook and give the wearer a large advantage.
Therfore to compete against other players, people are forced to join factions just for this.

I don't doubt a massive % of wearer's don't even participate in faction pvp.
