Urgently help for trading house

Sorry if i write in that forum but i need an urgently help.
If i sell my house full of items, locked items and secured chests, what happens?
The new owner can be use all?
The secured chests can be released by the new owner?
Or all that is on the house is immediately unlocked?
Please, i need help urgently

Trading a house with items in it leaves the items locked down and secured as they are. So if they are set to owner level security, the new owner can access them. If they are set to guild level security, these items can continue to be used by guildmates so long as the new owner is in the same guild. I hope it all works out for you and I'm curious as to what happened. Come back and let us know how it went.

The house and everything in it becomes the property of the house owner. They are free to set security on all chests/doors/teleporters, and access everything inside the house.

the tiems stay locked down, secured ect, but become the property of the new owner & only they can release them after the trade. Nothing gets unlocked. The only problem I might forsee is if you have the storage upgrade and the new owner doesnt. In that case, I've no idea what would happen.

All the security settings stay the same as you had put them, so the new owner would have to change them if they wanted.

It's not a problem because i trade an house to a char of another account of mine
The problem was if all secured items was lost
