Mounts with attributes/abilities?

My knowledge on mounts is pretty slim. I would like to see a complete list of mounts and their abilities.

Might try the tamer forum lefty. There are some folks there with a plethora of information that they are willing to share. Quick list though:

Blue Beetle - Ridable Pack Animal
Fire Beetle - Ridable Forge
Ostards - Reg and Frenzied
Ridable Llama
Horse
War Horse - Faction Only Mount with higher HP
Nightmare - Magical Horse
Dreadmare - Even more magical horse
Hiryu - Greater and Lesser
Reptalon
Cu Dog - Ridable 4 slot pet. High HP and decent attack. Bleed special.
Fire Steed
Unicorn

Those only ones I can think of off top of head...might be a few more though.

Unicorn - female user only.
Ki-rin - Male user only.

I believe they had a special effect each when introduced, but not sure if it is still true.

additionally:
Nightmare - casts spells and fire breath
Dread war horse - firebreath and spells and a "trick" which is useless in battle but rather nice to look at.
Reptalon - Paralyze blow and fire breath
Fire Steed - demon and equine pack instinct
Unicorn - immune to poison
hiryu (both) - dismounts
cu sidhe - heals both self and rider sometimes.

Is it true Cu's, Hiyru and lesser Hiyru all have a chance of appplying a -Phys debuff on mobs :? If so does anyone know if it stacks? Say Cu -10phys and Hiyru -10 phys results in -20 phys overall on a target :? x

The Cu has no such ability, though I think the two Hiyrus do. The Rune Beetle certainly has one.

Technically speaking, bringing a single Rune Beetle to most any boss fight should make the whole thing go faster. But no one wants to do it because Greater Dragons deal more damage, and everyone aims to be the top damager, so...

Ignore the bit about drags doing more damage...that is completely false!!!

The reason everyone takes a GD is because they are either Lazy tamers or Crap tamers! A GD requires very little healing to take down the hardest bosses.

You will NEVER...and i mean NEVER out damage a rune beetle/bake kitsune combo...EVER! There DPs is probably close to 3x that of a gd but as i said...people are either lazy or crap!

Also...upon testing, new ki-rins do not attempt the specials they mentioned. Older ones will.

Unicorns gained there ability over the original gate the rider to safety as they are primarily ilsh animals and no gate can be cast in ilsh.

All other info about specials is correct.
