Has anyone tried making a pvp warrior with high Reflect Damage on their suit?

Is it effective? With Blood Oath, perhaps?

Can you go over 100 Reflect Damage to achieve a more powerful effect?

I havent tested this for a while, there used to be a bug where the attacker would actually make the victim flag if they have RPD. So, a blue attacks a blue who has RPD and the one who initiated(providing he dealt the first blow) would go crim and take the count.

It took me a while to assemble the suit, but for a long time I played on a dexer that had 100 RPD and the resists were 60/75/70/70/68. It had like 6 MR and 28 LMC with about 30 points of stat increase.

I enjoyed it, but it was difficult to get all the mods that you can get with faction artifacts. Most archers carry a quiver to mix up the damage type if they see the reflect hitting them. Many dexers use weapons with mixed damage types so it didn't reflect as much as I had liked. I still keep the suit but haven't used it in some time.

The main problem with RPD in PvP is you will ALWAYS be flagged as the attacker. As long as you don't mind that small issue (i.e. stay out of Guardzones!), RPD might be somewhat useful.

Has anyone tried an RPD suit as a Sampire to see if the reflect damage is applied to the life leech?

I think this is a Myth.

I've tested it on TC and found it not to be the case.

If it is an existing bug it happens so infreequently that its not worth worrying about.

I can't tell you how many times i've been guardwhacked when I used my archer/tamer wearing Spirit of Totem and flagging grey on a grey person and getting guardwhacked...

Or having blues attack me in GZ and RPD goes off and I get guardwhacked...

It definately is bugged.

Connor, i've never really tried it for PvM but as for life leech I don't think it would effect it... although, it definately would help speed up the process on killing things with 100% phys damage... Like Swoop or Baracoon.

THe only time I've been guard whacked with RPD is if I make an aggressive action to a blue player and they shoot an arrow, or I run through GZ and they punch me, or hit me, and my RPD goes off.

I use the spirit of totem on almost all of my PvP dexers (and one mage) and I've never been a victim of this bug.
