I have no idea, and I am not sure I would place a Castle anyway.
I suspect there may be more that one open Castle spot in Trammel if you look around. I am confident there are keep spots.
couldnt say for sure about one on ice island but the going rate for most castles else where on the shard seems to be anywhere from 20-30 mil. im guessin an ice island castle may be worth more but dont quote me on that.
