Housing Tool Issues?

I know it's been talked about before but I never quite had this problem last this long.

I attempted to place a house yesterday in a spot that just recently became available. I wanted to see what size would fit so I could post regarding it in case anyone needed/wanted that size house.

I knew that eventually I would get the message that I had attempted too many times and to wait a bit and try again. No big deal I believe I found the largest size that would go so I logged off.

Today, almost 24 hours later, I attempted again and I am still getting the message that I attempted too many times and to try again later. Usually the timer has been anywhere from 15 mins to an hour, but 24 hours later????

Has anyone else had this problem?

yes and what i did was left my guy logged in so the timer would run out works kinda like the 10th anniversary statue does the luck from statue is supposed to only last one hour but i have logged out early and came back a week later and still showed my luck up

Thanks, I may try that when I have time to sit at my computer and watch him burn time.

I don't have a problem with another char, but it's THIS char that is logged out at the spot. I didn't want to actually place a plot, just wanted to find out what size would fit so I could post on the board about it.

So for me it's not really an issue but if I were really wanting to place, it would be. I think a 24 hour timer just because you have tried too many times is rather absurd.
