Sometimes I get that message when trying to cast spells. I have over 100 lrc suit on. Could it be that some of the armor is older armor as in many years old maybe from idocs or? Thanks for any info.

Its just over 100 but I thought that if you have 100 that is enough. hehe

Um you may want to recheck your math. At 101 or above I don't have that problem, but 96-100 does occasionally happen.
It's better to have 105 or above just to be on the safe side.

I would say if the message appears at 100% LRC, then it is a bug. You should not need more than 100% reduction. I mean, less than zero is still zero, right?
Since the day they released AoS and start to have LRC mod, I have never ever had any problem nor do I see any message saying I need more regs. As long as its at least 100%. I do get plenty of those even if I am running 99% lrc.
You seem to be very sure it's a unique bug that only happens to you I would suggest you to recount them or simply use KR client to see the real LRC value you are at.

Did you not notice the OP reported the same issue? Are you one of those "it's never happened to me, therefore it can't be" type of folks? Have you ever accidentally duped anything in the game? If not, does that mean dupes never existed?
Uhall never disappoints me. You can be guaranteed to see the same behavior over and over again. A poster comes here posting something has happened looking to see if anyone else has seen the same thing. Even after they get confirmation, the merrymen insist its a figment of their imagination, that they are too stupid to count to 100. Geez.
Try getting an exact 100 LRC, see if that helps.
If not, try getting as much LRC as you can. Pile it on. It may be that you've managed to get a base LRC figure that's negative, if the problem goes away by getting tons of the stuff, then that'd support the theory.

I have had it happen occationally, it has always been due to one bugged peice of armor. Find and switch out that peice it should stop.

I had that problem some time ago and swore I had like 105 LRC but after several recounts I figured out I was dumb and could not count, I actually had 99 LRC. I got to 100 or above and have never had a problem.
