Ninos is a restaurant chain in America, with Italian food... which I think is why you see it attached to a food booth.

As I said last time it came up, from what i've heard (unsubstantiated, tho), "Nino" was somebody in marketing at the time of the original release and it was intended as a joke.

Honestly tho, I can't see the policy on it having been changed.. I have a feeling your EM might not have had it explained to him and promised it without thinking or such, or that there was a breakdown in communication somewhere along the line... it seriously doesn't fit in UO at all, and the previous policy made absoloute sense (its a bloody animated neon sign for crying out loud).
