How do I get more Soulstones?

I would like to get another Soul Stone for storing off skills on my characters. Are they still available anywhere like UO Codes?

every12 months your account is old you get points to spend and 1st year award is soulstones or buy them from uo!

You can buy tokens ingame here and there, maybe 13-15m? They're also first year vet rewards...

You need to get a Legacy Token. One of the selections is a full soulstone.

I forgot, what is the difference between the Red and the Green soulstones? Or is there a difference?
