For the first time that I've seen (it may have happened before, I just didn't see it) the Moonglow Zoo on Pacific is at tier 11 and we have every animal including the Silver Steed! I don't know who's been busting butt on this but I think they deserve an "Atta Boy!" (or Girl as the case may be). As Silver Steeds were before my time this is the first I've seen of them in the game. They look kind of like a horse that had a bottle of bleach dumped on them...:D

Way to go Pac Tamers!

LOL, that has got to be the worst planned collection ever made. Nothing against the shards that actively advance it, but sheesh. Even when I was training taming (on my thief) taming polar bears and dropping them off in Glow was not quite what I would call "hellva fun".

It would be nice if the whole collection turn in system could be revamped to actually make it worthwhile. Maybe provide multi-level quests that give reward for turn in? *shrugs*...la

Yeah i must say its quite an accomplishment to do anything on a prodo shard. I mean it's just soo hard to get anything there.

Sadly, I believe this to be the work of a scripter. I witnessed her gate in time and again this morning and drop off polar bear after polar bear. She did not respond to hails and when I moved to go into her gate (but missed it) she did not gate back (presumably because I was in her spot).

congradulations & major qudos to you folks on Pacific.
We on Origin have had a silver steed for sometime. Our event moderators helped us to have a name the silver steed contest. The name we chose is Quicksilver. We have a nice plack to commemorate the event on the silver steeds enclosure. We are very proud of our acheivement too.

Hang on Guys, now I know that scripting is a problem but, there is no way one player can fill the zoo to the 11th tier especially with Polar Bears. I don't care if they are running 24x7 one person simply cannot donate that many animals. I've been part of filling the Origin Zoo twice now, once before the zoo rules changed and once a month or so ago. It really takes a concerted effort from a lot of players to fill a zoo. Or someone with huge amounts of gold to donate. But to fill it by donating animals couldn't be done by one person, especially with Polar Bears.

And yes, one of the lowest populated shards has filled it's zoo twice. Yeah us Origin players can be annoying...

P.S. Congrats Pacific, no easy task.

Actually, one person running that script for 23 hours a day, 365 days year, averaging 5 polar bears every 5 minutes (and that is very long, they were in and out every 2) 23,652,000 points.

That means that one person along would have enough points (minus the decay rate) to get the zoo to tier 11 twice in one year.

FYI....I had to recall back to Pac to see how many points the Zoo was at. Guess who was still gating polar bears in?

Also, it is foolish to believe that one person did this. No one ever said that. This person did not start at level 0, I'm sure the Zoo had a respectable tier to begin with.

No way scripters don't exist.. Oh and I Saved the Eminent Library Contributor, that has been helping get the zoo up, to luna gate. They are stuck in the corner at 95o 21'n 21o 22w
I moved them to luna around 6:00pm when I got off of work. Its now 8:37 and they are running between the two tiles. Bluebies are soo dumb they can't move bagballs

My signature below will take you to my "interview with her". :)

I have posted my interview online, follow the link on my sig and look for the "Moonglow Zoo Top Tier" article.
Also the eminent library contributor is no longer in luna they figured out how to recall away from the vile bag balls

They are back on arctic island, but someone placed bag balls around the zoo turn in. There just kinda sitting there trying to cast gate. And they did get smart, no modifying scripts or things like that cause they don't exist. But now if you take em to luna they gate back to the arctic island after say 2 - 5 minutes.

Please don't miss quote me, I never said they weren't nor that people don't what I said is no one is filling a Zoo with one character.

As for dealing with your scripter, spend half the time you have trying to block them and track them down on Dagger Isl instead, find out where they are gating in and invite a frost troll and some ork over for a party and leave early. I'm sure the party will carry on with you.

Don't like being misquoted? Neither do other people.

Prior to this, did anyone say that one person was filling the zoo to the 11th tier?

Oh, and again, it is totally possible for one person to fill the zoo to the 11th tier. Apparently, it takes about a half a year.

Are you reading the whole thread? I am not spending any amount of time blocking them. I am from Atl and when I read this post I signed onto Pac to check out the zoo. My character is logged there. When I posted later, I signed on to see how much polar bears were worth.

Just for clarification, the zoo was at tier 6 or 7 the last time I looked, so there were really only 4-5 tiers to go to achieve the top tier.

Um Yeah, You. at least you insinuated that, >

And my point all of this was, Don't short change the community of Pacific, they deserver the credit for filling their own Zoo, not some scripter.

I didn't insinuate anything. You made an assumption based on my statement.

No assumption at all, you statement was "Sadly, I believe this to be the work of a scripter." Is that not insinuating the Zoo was was filled by a scripter and not the work of the players of Pacific? How else can you translate "Sadly, I believe this to be the work of a scripter."? Is that not clearly stating that you believe the zoo was filled by a scripter? Sure looks like that's what you said to me?

So back to the original OP, Congrats Pacific.

Enough already. It's plain to everyone that a scripter played a part in bringing the zoo to the top tier along with the help of some dedicated, attended, Pacific players. As I said in an earlier post, it's just cool to see the zoo full for the first time and to get my first sighting of a Silver Steed.

No, it is not. What is the real achievement here? Reaching tiers 1-10 or a zoo reaching tier 11?

Right then, it is reaching tier 11 and thus having a Silver Steed added.

Go grab a dictionary and look-up the word insinuate.

OK,
Insinuate:
transitive verb
1 a: to introduce (as an idea) gradually or in a subtle, indirect, or covert way <insinuate doubts into a trusting mind> b: to impart or suggest in an artful or indirect way : imply <I resent what you're insinuating>

By stating "Sadly, I believe this to be the work of a scripter." you 'implied' the zoo was filled by a scipter, or technically you implied you believe it was filled by a scripter.

And the real achivement is that Pacific filled their zoo, don't cheapen it by crediting a scripter for the accomplishment.

I'm a moron for proving my point? Or after reading Webster's definition of insinuate do you still not understand it's meaning?
