What shards have the best em,s?

Can't speak for other shards but I can give my opinion about my home shard, Sonoma.
It has only been a couple months since our two EM's have been let loose from the Hall to interact with the players in the playing field and I find EM Eira to be open to suggestions, respectful of other players positions, and lots of fun when doing a role play! She has managed to acquire a wedding hall for folks to book their weddings, set up a meeting of the minds with the pvp'rs in Fel and from that meetup run a pvp tournament. Then there were events for celebrating Valentines, St. Pattys, and Easter. On top of that EM Eira has arranged a great challenge by combining the community zoo quest with a permanent petting zoo located at our new FAIRGROUNDS.
We also had a very special memorial for Clainin which in its location has a permanent dedication and Eira has put forth a lot of effort to find out what happened to our missing Yamadon from skara brae. Even while doing these events and planning for more, like a new pvp tournament location, she has been actively cleaning up from past em events and taking into consideration what is Sonoma event history artifacts and leftover items that may cause confusion.
EM Eira has also built a reward hall so that instead of folks getting 'items' in game (which seems to annoy others for one reason or another) as rewards they are placed on permanent display for all to see and to share. And next to the Reward Hall there is a new stage for sonoma to utilize for upcoming performances. There is in the works a play written by a vet Sonoman and the performance will be dedicated to a dear friend, and former stratics reporter, who passed from this earth 2 years this summer.
As for EM Brianna, she only joined Sonoma in the last month and is certainly 'working her butt off' as well. Seeing that she has put together the classes for the Virtues and Anti-Virtues along with providing a wealth of information on the history of these paths. Some players may say they have no need to even refresh their reasons for following such paths, but others may have never understood how to take the paths in the first place. I am a newbie to all the virtue paths except compassion and I (the non fighter) have enjoyed trying out the mini virtues since she begain the series.
On top of all these efforts they also come to player ran events when they can and enjoy roleplaying while getting to know us. And last but not least ... we now have a WEBSITE where anyone of us can send them an email
So considering the newness of the program, yes this is a whole NEW program (its not fair to compare the past em programs to this one), the many ventures I have seen them do, and the fact that they can't please us all but are willing (and trying) to work with us ...... I give them both TWO COOKIE THUMBS UP

The aquarium is located in the Meer village in Ilshenar, and should be on every shard as far as I know. I don't think that's Pac only, but I could be wrong.Thank you for enlightening me as I don't play on that shard. Fabulous nonetheless.

Wow, I'm surprised our old EM actually did something other than give overpowered items to a select few...
This is a loaded and subjective question.
A small population shard such as Origin wouldn't have a chance if this was asked in poll. Origin's EM Laurana and EM Faine Morgan and doing a fantastic job.
Baja's EM Seppo and EM Pallando are also doing a fantastic job.
The EMs all have different personalities, different ideas, different methods ... What one may perceive as a good EM, another person may view as a terrible EM. And sadly, some seem to judge the quality of EMs by the items they may or may not have received in game.

I wish that Mesanna or whoever else is responsible for the EM program would add another category to the official feedback form (http://www.uoherald.com/feedback/index.php) for the purpose of providing feedback (positive and negative) about the EMs. I would hope that none of the folks who read this forum and are EMs read threads like this and think they provide an accurate representation of what most players think of the EM program in general and about specific EMs.

I think I'm going to check out events on other shards based upon some of these posts. I do, however, agree with Tina that there should be a means to post positive and negative reviews. Clearly this is a subjective question because I don't share some of the opinions for my shard EM's.
I think the "Quest and Event" feedback category covers the EMs.
Even if it doesn't, I'm sure it still finds it's way to Mesanna.
