faction bug?

hi fellas

i join in a faction to use the skill loss to get my taming 100
but when i tried to kill myself (with deadly poison) my skills mantain intact
whats is the problem? i think its makes me lose 33% of my skills for 20 min, but is not working

anyone know any about it?

You can't gain in skills while you are in a faction skill loss period. It's supposed to be the equivalent of being dead.

Yes, you do not gain skills while your in stat loss. And you arnt loosing skill because your killing yourself. In order to go into stat loss you have to be killed by a member of an opposing faction.

you will need to get disco'd. But I have no idea how you are going to make that work with gaining in taming.

Prolly better to go ggs aclarity gains or get the little purple scrolls.

You go into stat loss from an orange creature (deamons, wisps, ect...)
or opposing faction members.

I used the bull pens, released and killed bulls, then when I got high enough I tamed Cu's. 115 taming before i quit lolz.

i quit the faction and will try the normal way ...
in freeshards it is the best way to get ur skills up

Its true no skill gain while in stat loss.

Best way to gain taming is the bull pen in jehlom id do that till 100-105. After that bakes will take you to 110 or so. After that i just let mine gain naturaly from 110-120 by getting gains whenever i was looking for a new pet or taming for another.

When seeking gains i wouldnt recomend taming anything that gives the "you anger the monster" message untill your skill is high anofe you cant avoid it.
