So...Republicans are bad cause they told you to eat it? And what does that make you for telling me to eat it?
My Grandfather died at Utah Beach. No one in the landing craft he was on survived. An American President had the opportunity to honor those fallen on June 14, 1944...but he chose to not **** off the Germans, who honestly, are a little more than embarrassed for what happened in WW2. We should never forget their sacrifices....cause those men and women LITERALLY saved the world. But...we have a President who sent a message that he doesn't care. That the greatest moment in the history of freedom meant nothing.
To be blunt...you're a kid. You may think you know a few things...but you don't. It's all well in good that you support a guy who's doing everything in his power to build a world where you can **** up without consequences. But ultimately....it'll be someone like me who has to pay for your **** ups. That's the beauty of Liberalism/Socialism....the misery is dispersed to those who don't deserve it.
I never said anything about how Republicans are bad because they Made Democrats deal with there **** I'm saying they are a bunch of hypocrites for thinking they shouldn't have to deal with it when democrats are in control.
Also, you are showing how ignorant you are by thinking my age has anything to do with my intelligence and you should think about what you say before writing. Also, the Germans have changed in the past 60 years not just politically and it may be true that the Germans might not have minded but there are other things that the president does beside stupid public appearances and I'm sure they are more important than giving some speech at a Normandy cemetery.
And......
What kind of American president would take his shoes off and visit a Mosque in Turkey, and refuse to visit a cemetery in Normandy where many heroic dead soldiers rest...because he didn't want to offend the Germans!! Are you kidding me?
Is this what yo thought you were getting with your new president peoples?
As for this taking off your shoes at a mosque is part of tradition and when you're in a foreign land you should try not to offend people.
Unlike Bush who would walk in with his shoes on and try to kiss someone like a stupid B******. Some people are more worldly and understand the importance of following other nations traditions and before you say a religious people are not a nation look the word up because I don't really feel like having to correct you.
I am leaving this discussion as it has gotten a bit petty and I do not want to get banned from the forum so this is my last post here.
