there is a academic bookcase that can be built by carpenters. requires academic books to build. what are these and where do i find them?

I belive they are in bedlam and 2 spawn I think and they only spawn like 3 times a month or so so very hard to get from what I hear

I think EA made it hard to get them on purpose so ppl will buy them from the EA Store.
